Do you offer a 30-day free trial period for new accounts without cancellation fees? What about cancelation?

Yes. If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged the following month.

There's no long term contract (it's just month-to-month) and you can cancel at any time,but refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and wedon't prorate for partial months. Note that only new accounts areeligible for 30 day free trials — upgrades do not qualify. For moreinformation on this policy, seethis FAQ.

How Secure are my payement details?

Very secure — We use HSBC Secure ePayments who provide a safe and effective shopping system. HSBC will under take the card transaction on our behalf. Your personal details are securely held by HSBC and they never divulged your card details to us.

Are your prices flat monthly prices or are they per-user?

There are no additional per-user charges — the flat monthly price is the same no matter if 1 person or 100 people are using it.Pixfizz pricing is based on how many events you are managing at onetime, and the amount of space you are using not the number of people who are using it. The more people whouse Pixfizz, the better.

Is this a long-term committment? Can we pay a year in advance?

Yes — you can get 2 months free discount if paid annually in advance. If paid monthly and you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yep— just email us and we will change your plan within 48 hours.

What support can I get ?

Pixfizz comes with video tutorials of how to use your software, and your administration but also extensive PDF guides with tips and tricks. In the unlikely event you do need more support all our plans include telephone support at premuim rates* with no call waiting, you go straight through to an engineer! *Except professional where we will even call you back if you are not local!

What are the system requirements to use Pixfizz?

SincePixfizz is hosted on our servers, there's nothing to install except the batch loader client. All you need is a modern web browser with Javascript turned on (Pixfizz officially supports IE6 or later on the PC, and Firefox onMac, PC, Linux)and an internet connection. Pixfizz does not supportIE 5.x, or Safari on the Mac or PC. If you have IE 5, we recommend switchingto Firefox — it'smodern, fast, compatible, very secure and free.

What types of payment do you accept? Will you take a P.O.? Can you invoice us?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and/or bank transfers. We can accept payments online or a P.O. sent to sales@pixfizz.com, and yes we always invoice you for VAT purposes, alternatively we can also take an order over the phone. The easiest method is to pay online as it only takes a minute and your service will never be cut off due to you forgetting to pay a bill + you get to ease your cashflow using your credit card.
